Great resort! Comfortable and clean in a great location!

Beautiful pools. Clean comfortable rooms. It was great to have Dunkin D, an outdoor restaurant, and gift shop directly on the property. The shuttle was great and the staff was polite and helpful. It was great to be in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite and the staff were really nice and helpful

It was a little boring for my teenagers. I wish they had beach activities. Also change the age of the adult pool to 16 instead of 18

Size of rooms, beach location, friendly staff, always willing to help.

I think that the rooms have become dated and worned down. The sofas have stains, the cushions are out of shape and you sink into the sofa. Sheets changed ever 4 the day. And kitchen utensils stocked low.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience was great. All staff were very friendly and helped us enjoy our vacation.

Front desk needs more resources. Always a wait for everything. IMO it seems like too small of a desk for the size of the facility.

Great Location - nearby restaurants to walk to and/or take a cab to anywhere else you need to go

Rooms were clean and daily room service Three pools to choose from - Adults only - Kids Only and Adult/Kids - all were nice Cut through Lacabana to get to Beach - 4 minute walk and worth it - would book again for sure !!!

Front desk staff are rubbish, but the hotel is great

The front desk and bell staff are rude and a bit strange, they don’t seem to want to help guests and actively avoid them. It’s a shame because the hotel is actually quite good, all other staff I spoke with or had interactions with are all helpful and friendly, the rooms are good for the price and the hotel has nightly entertainment (it’s quite noisy but it was always done by 7/8pm) we had a 1 year old with us and she enjoyed a little dance while it was on. It’s a good location and we walked to the house one night and it took about 20 mins but it’s probably a bit warm to do it in the day. To sum up the stay, I’d say it was great value for money the rooms were well appointed in a good location.

Overall, we enjoyed the resort. However, our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm so we arrived a day late. The hote

The hotel is located right across the street from the beach and there is a large grocery store located directly behind it. The kids loved the water slide and play area next to the pool. The staff is friendly. There is a Dunkin Donuts and a small convenience store right on the property for any emergency needs. It’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

You can’t control the air conditioning in your room, the beds are hard and they didn’t give us any blankets. They don’t let anyone under the age of 18 in the jacuzzi, which meant that I couldn’t enjoy it with my family. During the day, there was constantly something being fixed/renovated on the property, which took away from the ambiance. No pool waiting service — you have to order food and drinks from the bar yourself (sometimes standing in a very long line and waiting up to an hour for food).

We loved staying at Eagle Aruba! We would definitely stay here again!

Room is very nice. We stayed in the Sunrise tower (the east building). Our room was on the second floor closer to Super Food. There is an outdoor spiral staircase on the ends of all the buildings which is very convenient so that you don’t always have to walk to the main staircase/elevators. When going to Super Foods or the beach, we would walk down the spiral staircase. Saved us some steps. Our room was a one bedroom king room. From the outside, you walk into the kitchen. The kitchen is actually a pretty nice kitchen. Full size refrigerator, two burner electric stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, blender, 4 of each of the following - dishes, cereal bowls, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, forks, spoons, knives. Large plastic serving spoons and a spatula. One serving bowl and one serving plate. A coffee pot and tea kettle. There is one pan, 3 pots. Cutting board, wine opener, grater, measuring cup, plastic pitcher, ice bucket, ice trays in the freezer, can opener. There actually wasn’t a can opener but I called the front desk and housekeeping brought up a new one right away. Enough to get by. There is a living room, balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, very large closet in the bedroom with a small safe, large utility closet in the kitchen with a broom and dust pan, nice large shower. There are Aruba aloe products in dispensers on the walls. In the kitchen there is dish soap, bathroom has hand soap by the sink and 2 different scents of bath gel in the shower. The products are amazing!! This is me just nitpicking but I wish the decor was brighter. It’s a bit drab. But it is very nice and new and clean which is way more important. You get pool/beach towels every day. You turn in your used towels and get fresh ones daily. There are activities in the resort as well. Kind of like a cruise ship. There is an ice machine and washer and dryer by the elevators. The walk to the beach is a short one.

The only negative about this resort is there is no ocean view. This is definitely not a deal breaker. Most balconies have a pool view which is really nice.

Reasonably priced. Nice location close to beach restaurants and grocery store.

The location (between food and beach) was perfect and view we had of the pool for the price. Reasonable. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Didn’t give you much information when you came in. Should have a write up of beach chair “rules” where to get food, yes you can drink the water etc. A nicer welcome would have made an impact after a long trip there. A glass of water (champagne even?). Also the floors in our unit were filthy. We told them and they did a quick mop (thank you) but still had to wash feet every night or dirty the sheets.

We loved it here! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Eagle Beach area!

The property was very clean and well kept. We loved that there were multiple pools we could hang out at and the bar/restaurant on site was very convenient! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were a little outdated but still very clean and comfortable.
